Volex plc (AIM:VLX) announces that on Friday 5 September 2025, NR Holdings Ltd received 342,539 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at the reference price of 364.8 pence per share, through the scrip dividend issued on Friday 5 September 2025, as set out in the notification of dealing form below.
Following this issue, including those shares held through NR Holdings Ltd, of which Lord Rothschild is a beneficiary, Lord Rothschild will be interested in 47,254,061 Ordinary Shares, representing 25.55% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
