Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Volex plc (AIM: VLX) announces that it has been informed that a trust of which Lord Rothschild, Chief Executive Officer, is a beneficiary, but over which he has no control, purchased 44,049 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each at an average price of 430.1 pence.  

 

Following these transactions, Lord Rothschild is interested in a total of 47,393,110 Ordinary Shares1, (save for unvested or unexercised awards), representing approximately 25.6% of the Company's issued share capital.

 

1 Including those shares held through NR Holdings Ltd, of which Lord Rothschild is a beneficiary.
