On 18 July 2007, the Company received notification from Bear Stearns International Trading Limited that the TR1 it had submitted to the Company on 5 July 2007 had been cancelled and that as at 17 July 2007, it held 5,286,189 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 9.32% of the Company's issued share capital.
