RNS Number:3643Z Volex Group PLC 29 June 2007 Volex Group plc (the "Company") TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS 29 June 2007 In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5. 6. 1, we hereby notify the market that at 29 June 2007 the issued share capital of the Company comprises: 56,821,563 ordinary 25p shares with voting rights; and 80,000 cumulative preference shares 1 shares with voting rights attached until such time as the dividend payments are resumed in respect of the cumulative preference 1 shares. No shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 56,901,563. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
