RNS Number:0130S Volex Group PLC 28 February 2007 Volex Group plc (the "Company") TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5. 6. 1 we hereby notify the market that at 28 February 2007 the issued share capital of the Company comprises: 56,633,781 ordinary 25p shares with voting rights; and 80,000 cumulative preference shares 1 shares with voting rights attached until such time as the dividend payments are resumed in respect of the cumulative preference 1 shares. No shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 56,713,781.
